DOMESTIC SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

© WELLPOINT NUTRACEUTICALS provides delivery via Canada Post to any Canadian address within our predetermined shipping areas. Do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes and restricted areas. Our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. For information on other countries please see the page/link titled “International Shipping”.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received and payment is processed. All Domestic orders are shipped out using Canada Post. By default all Canadian orders are shipped out by Expedited delivery unless another shipping method is chosen such as Xpress Post or Priority Post. Free shipping is offered on all orders over four bottles. This does not include any special bundle and/or bulk deals offered on WellPointCanada.com. An Email confirmation will be sent to you with a tracking number that you can use to track your order on www.canadapost.ca. LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN ITEMS

© WELLPOINT NUTRACEUTICALS is not responsible for any items that are lost, damaged or stolen from your parcel. Please contact Canada Post directly if you should have any issues with your parcel at www.canadapost.ca.

MODE OF PAYMENTS

At this time all payments are done through PayPal. You do not need to have an account with Paypal in order to pay for your order through PayPal. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information. We do not accept payments via ATM, COD or inter-bank transfers.
