INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
© WELLPOINT NUTRACEUTICALS provides delivery, via Canada Post and their respective carriers, to any International address within our predetermined shipping areas. Do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes and restricted areas. Our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 5 working days (or more) upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received and payment is processed. All International orders are shipped out by Canada Post and their respective carriers. The methods of delivery Canada Post offers are: Small Packet International Surface, Small Packet International Air, International Parcel Surface, International Parcel Air and Priority Worldwide Pak International. Free shipping is offered on all orders over four bottles. This does not include any special bundle and/or bulk deals offered on WellPointCanada.com. An Email confirmation will be sent to you with a tracking number that you can use to track your order on www.canadapost.ca. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, you will be responsible for the payment of all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs. © WELLPOINT NUTRACEUTICALS will not be held responsible for any parcels that are held and/or restricted from entering your country due to your countries governing laws and/or regulations.
LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN ITEMS
© WELLPOINT NUTRACEUTICALS is not responsible for any items that are lost, damaged or stolen from your parcel. Please contact Canada Post directly if you should have any issues with your parcel at www.canadapost.ca.
MODE OF PAYMENTS
At this time all payments are done through PayPal. You do not need to have an account with Paypal in order to pay for your order through PayPal. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information. We do not accept payments via ATM, COD or inter-bank transfers.
